1st Course (Amouse Bouche) paired with Cuve Close

Triple Cream Brie – Wrapped in phyllo pastry & finished with a maple pear chutney

2nd Course (Appetizer) paired with Chardonnay

Artisinal Toast – Caniche’s toasted sourdough dressed with crispy bacon, homemade guacamole, baby spinach, roasted red pepper puree & finished with local honey

3rd Course (Salad) paired with Shiraz

Organic Greens & Berries – Ontario baby romaine leaves tossed in a shiraz & wildberry vinaigrette and garnished with blueberries, raspberries, aged cheddar & toasted almonds

4th Course (Entree) paired with Meritage

Meritage Beef Short Ribs – Braised in Meritage wine and topped with a smoky demi. Served with steamed Ontario asparagus & thyme smashed sweet potato

5th Course (Dessert) paired with Ice Wine

Bennett’s Apple Crisp – Ancaster’s famous deep dish apple crisp topped with French vanilla ice cream & homemade ice wine caramel sauce
